Welcome to MojaDesk (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of MojaDesk’s platform, services, and applications (the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use MojaDesk.
1. Eligibility
MojaDesk is available to all users regardless of age or country. By using our Services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Accounts and Security
- To use our Services, you may be required to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
- You must immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- Sharing or misusing accounts may result in suspension or termination.
3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments
- Certain features of our Services require a paid subscription.
- Subscription details, including available plans and pricing, may change from time to time.
- Payments are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) depending on the subscription you select.
- All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
- Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if payment is not received.
4. Acceptable Use and User Responsibilities
When using MojaDesk, you agree NOT to:
- Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
- Spam, harass, or abuse other users.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or security systems.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse our technology.
Violation of these rules may lead to account suspension or permanent termination.
5. Data Collection and Privacy
- We collect and store names, emails, phone numbers, and conversation history (including timestamps and sender IDs).
- Data is used only for providing customer support services.
- We do not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties.

6. Data Security
- We use end-to-end message delivery and role-based access control to protect user data.
- Only authorized personnel have access to specific areas of the system.
- In case of account deletion, associated data is permanently deleted immediately.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Fail to pay subscription fees,
- Violate these Terms, or
- Engage in harmful or unlawful behavior.

8. Limitation of Liability
- MojaDesk is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
- We are not responsible for downtime, errors, or issues caused by third-party integrations.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect once posted. Continued use of the Services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Tanzanian courts.
